Get rid of cellulite - The truth!


As I told you in my Quick Body Transformation personal story, I was unhappy with my body and I wanted to know how to get rid of cellulite. I was seeking permanent, long-term results and it took me a 3 years of deep research and trial and errors to discover the truth to be cellulite-free. So I want to share, from my first hand experiences – the shockingly simple solution you have been searching for. I can help, so keep reading. 
The different cellulite-free “magic solution” such as fat burners, extreme diet plans or invasive procedures like liposuction, injections, implants and surgery have a high risk of making things worse and wreck your metabolism and make weight loss even harder.
You can sculpt, re-shape and even re-engineer your body – from the inside out – without expensive, risky and invasive procedures. And at the same time get rid of cellulite and have a nice and toned legs, butt and thighs. But first let me explain in a few words what cellulite is.

What is Cellulite?

Cellulite is the bumpy appearance of the skin caused by fat cells protruding from lower subcutaneous (fat) layer of the skin into the supporting layer (the dermis). The job of the dermis is to cushion the top layer of the skin keeping it firm and taut. When the fat cells push up irregularly into the dermis it causes the surface of the skin to look dimpled.
It is important you notice how the muscle is directly underneath the fat layer and how the septa is connected to the muscle fibers and the dermis holding the fat cells in place.
If you suffer from cellulite by now you should be feeling some rays of hope shining into that dark place you keep hidden on the inside of you. Things can change so keep reading and stay with me while we cover a little science stuff.

1- Strategically build your muscle density with the right exercises.

This is where the power of shaping and sculpting comes into play. If you do the right type of female workout routine that ensures all the muscles are activated deeply and evenly so that the surface of the skin is smoothed out , you can actually shape and sculpt your body by selectively building and lifting certain muscles.

2- Get rid of flabby unwanted fat with the right diet.

You can lift and shape your muscles perfectly, but it’s not going to have much of an effect on your body if you don’t shed the excess fat over these muscles. Indeed, holding extra fat over your body is like wearing loose, bulky clothing – no one can see your beautiful body underneath!

How can weight training reduce cellulite?

When the muscle fibers underneath the cellulite are stimulated with specific and targeted weight training exercises, the muscle becomes denser, thicker and firmer and pushes outward against the skin evenly compressing the fat layer and septa making the surface of the skin smooth so the dimples and bumps disappear.
Now, it’s important to note that the change in muscle fibers does NOT mean you will bulk up! In fact, you can see in my before and after pics that I has just gained a little muscle and lost body fat so I look fit, toned and sculpted!
